Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at HunnyBub. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple return and refund process.

📦 Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or worn items
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page (e.g., personal care or hygiene items)

🔄 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at sales@hunnybub.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
  2. Include your Order ID, reason for return, and photos/videos (if applicable).
  3. Our team will review and approve eligible return requests.
  4. You’ll receive instructions for sending the product back to us.

Note: Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a fault on our end (damaged/incorrect item).

💸 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (for prepaid orders).
  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we’ll request your UPI or bank details to initiate the refund.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

🔁 Replacements

If you received a defective or wrong product, we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund, based on availability.

⏳ Late or Missing Refunds?

If your refund hasn’t been credited:

  1. Check your bank or payment account.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider (some banks take extra processing time).
  3. If it's still delayed, email us at sales@hunnybub.com and we’ll help you out.

❗ Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, or before shipping. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
